times when some objects cannot be processed, or they process with errors.
Bulk Unapproving

Unapprove, Approval Status values were not modified.

- The object's
current Approval Status and the proposed Approval Status are the same, for
example, both
Approval Status' are set to
"Approved", or
- A selected
Document or Virtual Item Group was not the current revision.

- Objects
designated as
Change Controlled may not be
unapproved, or
- User does not
have the
Object Instance Approval user
permission on the Document or Virtual Item Group, or
- Mandatory
attributes are missing from the Document or Virtual Item Group
